HomeBridge Partners Ltd is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Our company number is 17442394, our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ, and our Information Commissioner's Office registration reference is ZC269713.

You can contact us at info@homebridgepartners.co.uk or on 0333 091 6291.

Information we collect

For homeowner enquiries, we collect the contact and project information entered on our form, including your name, telephone number, optional email address, postcode, homeowner status, project type, approximate size, timescale, preferred call time and consent record. We may add the property address and notes during our qualification call.

If you arrive through a campaign link, we also record the campaign source, campaign name, advert label, landing page, referring page and Facebook click identifier when present. This helps us understand which campaign produced an enquiry.

For installer applications, we collect business and representative contact details, company information, FENSA or Certass status, insurance, trading history, reviews, service areas, products, capacity and application notes.

We also keep communications and proportionate technical or security records needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

  • To respond to your enquiry and check that the service is suitable for your project.
  • To telephone homeowners, verify project details and identify a suitable participating installer.
  • To tell a homeowner which installer is proposed and record permission before sharing any personal details.
  • To assess installer applications and administer commercial relationships.
  • To measure which campaigns generate enquiries and improve our advertising.
  • To maintain records, prevent misuse, resolve concerns and meet legal or regulatory duties.

We do not make an introduction to several installers at once. If another installer is considered, we name that company and obtain fresh homeowner permission before sharing.

Our lawful bases

We rely on consent when we telephone you in response to your request and before we share homeowner details with a named installer. You may withdraw consent at any time before sharing by contacting us.

We may rely on our legitimate interests to operate and protect the service, manage enquiries and applications, and keep proportionate records of requests and consent. We may also process information where necessary to meet a legal obligation.

Who receives information

Homeowner details are shared only with the installer named to you after you give permission. We also use trusted service providers for website hosting, database storage and email delivery. They may process information only to provide those services. We may disclose information to professional advisers, regulators or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required.

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we require appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to handle the enquiry or application, document consent, administer a relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal, accounting or regulatory requirements. We review records and securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your information, object to processing, receive information in a portable form, and withdraw consent. These rights are not absolute in every situation.

Contact us to exercise a right or raise a concern. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

Our public pages are not designed to use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential technical cookies or similar technologies may be used by our hosting and security services so the website can work safely. If we introduce non-essential cookies, we will update this notice and request consent where required.

When a campaign link is used, the website keeps its first-touch campaign details in browser session storage so they remain attached to a form submitted during that visit. Session storage is cleared by the browser when the session ends and is not used by HomeBridge Partners to follow you across unrelated websites.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when our service or use of personal information changes. The latest update date appears at the top of the page.
