The HomeBridge approach

Fewer assumptions. Better-matched opportunities.

Qualified opportunities

We confirm homeownership, product age, project type, size, timescale, location, usable contact details and genuine project intent.

Exclusive introductions

Every opportunity is offered exclusively to one Top-Tier Territory Partner at a time. It is never sent to multiple partners simultaneously.

Clear commercial terms

Qualification, acceptance, rejection and payment rules are agreed in writing before a paid pilot begins.

How joining works

A straightforward route into the network

  1. Apply.Tell us about your business, FENSA or Certass status, insurance, products, coverage and capacity.
  2. Complete verification. We verify your business, current FENSA registration or Certass certification, public-liability insurance, trading history and reputation.
  3. Agree the pilot. We set the protected postcodes, products, price, qualification standard, response time, rejection rules and weekly payment terms in writing.
  4. Receive exclusive opportunities. When a homeowner project matches your criteria and capacity, it is offered exclusively to you. If you cannot assist, HomeBridge may consider a second or third approved partner only after naming that company to the homeowner and obtaining fresh permission.

Become a HomeBridge Partner

Tell us where your business can deliver its best work.

We appoint no more than three vetted, active Top-Tier Territory Partners within each defined region. Approved companies may join the waiting list when a region is full.

Protected status is earned and maintained. Continued participation depends on meeting HomeBridge Partners' service, compliance, payment and homeowner-care standards. Application does not guarantee approval, opportunities or sales.
Provider networkPartner application

Current FENSA registration or Certass certification is required. Applications are also reviewed for trading status, insurance, reputation, service coverage and suitability. Protected territory status, pilot pricing and qualification terms are agreed separately in writing.
